If I could leave zero stars, I would.
They are always trying to balance bill for services. They are rude and treat their customers horribly by yelling at them and hanging up on them.

I went through a similar nasty experience with these 'professionals' at about this same time. My health care provider was *** ******* ****** ****), the largest firm in the US with about 15% of the health care market. Gessner Anesthesia do NOT have a contract with ***, meaning they are 'out of network' with the largest health insurance firm in the US. My physician was in-network and the facility that the procedure was executed was in-network, but these 'professionals' are NOT IN NETWORK.
Similar to the other complaint, when the bill came in, *** told me how much to pay and I paid that amount. Gessner Anesthesia didn't like their 'out of network' payment and billed me for the full remaining amount. *** said don't pay and I became a kicking ball, stuck between the two organizations with no idea what was going on. In the end a 3rd party (arbiter?) stepped in and in the end *** paid some additional money as did I and Gessner Anaestesia went away finally.
THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED OR USED. THAT THEY HAVE NO CONTRACT WITH THE LARGEST HEALTH INSURANCE PROVIDER IN THE US IS REPREHENSIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THIS SHOULD BE AN IMMEDIATE FLAG TO THE FACILITIES WHERE THEY WORK THAT THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO PRACTICE THERE. THAT THEY GO AFTER THE PATIENT FOR PAYMENT WHEN THEIR PROBLEM IS WITH THE HEALTH CARE INSURANCE PROVIDER IS EVEN WORSE.
I have my next procedure coming up in a few days and far as I can tell, Gessner Anaestesia is still going to be 'out of network' for my *** health insurance, now a ******** ********* plan as I too am now on Medicare. How that will further complicate what I expect to happen again is not clear but if there is a way to get someone other than Gessner Anaesthesia to handle my procedure, I intend to try to do so.
Sadly, they won't let me leave a ZERO STARS rating, so these unprofessional greedy individuals get one star.
