    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
    The arcade had barely closed and my friend and I were sitting at a table finishing up our drinks (which were basically gone. We had a couple of sips before leaving out). The employees told us to get up and finish our drinks standing at the door because that would “make us leave faster”. They were so disrespectful and INCREDIBLY rude, exclaiming that we weren’t downing our drinks or leaving fast food enough (mind you the bar had barely closed less than 3 minutes prior). When we responded that we were disturbed by the lack of respect and the low quality of customer service, one employee even began cursing my friend out and calling her a “ dumb b***h* and EVERYTHING ELSE outside her name!!! Another employee who claimed to be management, was completely nonchalant and unconcerned about the entire situation as he sat there watching the entire thing go down like the behavior was acceptable. He further stated that he would help us if we just “stepped outside”, and after doing so, he then proceeded to shut and lock the door as if the entire thing was a joke. I am completely and utterly disgusted by the level of “service” that was displayed tonight. I will never be back to cidercade and I have video evidence of the employee who called my friend out of her name and the so called “manager” shutting the door on us.
