      ced the issue and provided my warranty information to the dealer. The warranty is denying my claim stating they have to go by the first policy issued and not the second policy that was re-issued. The first policy was cancelled and is no longer in effect. The active policy that I have been paying for that is in effect is the policy based on the actual odometer reading at the time of warranty and voids the first policy written that was canceled. I don't know how this is legal as this is a violation of the legally binding contractual agreement. I have an active policy with Endurance effective June 2024, and according to the policy declarations/terms and Conditions, I should be covered by this warranty. They are not fulfilling their obligations under the terms of my policy because of the coincidental timing of my policy issuance and this unexpected repair. Before bringing legal action, I want to start with BBB for a resolution to enforce their obligations under the terms of my contract.

      I bought a car and chose to buy the offered extended warranty with it, thru Marathon Group. Adding this warranty made my payment go up $100 extra a month and covered lots of things. Was driving one day and my ******************************************************************************************* the motor. Immediately, I pulled over and parked the vehicle and called to have it towed (because I had a warranty why chance it the issue should be covered). Keep in mind I kept up on maintenance had my oil changed etc. Got it towed to the mechanic where he let me know what happened. What happened was the back intake valve on my motor froze up, what causes this is moisture getting in valve which is something uncontrollable, then cold temps outside make it freeze, which in turn makes your piston give in the motor causing the oil to spew and your vehicle to be screwed..Called marathon group, first they told the mechanic it wasnt gonna be covered because it was because of the weather and the cold. I disputed this because its not still my fault. Talked to someone they agreed it should be covered, the mechanic called to confirm everything to which they let him know it in fact was not going to be covered because I didnt perform the routine maintenance to keep this issue from happening. The mechanic says there is absolutely no routine maintenance for this. He said he would literally have to pull the motor out completely to do anything with this intake valve. So now I have a vehicle that I had towed to a mechanic (warranty covers tow) so I paid out of pocket and now am not getting reimbursed. I lost my job due to no transportation and my home due to no income. This should have been covered and I paid 100 a month extra thinking I would be covered in an event such as this. Its complete bull c*** and something needs done. I have lost everything due to this.
