    Horrible company. Placed an order online and it was never processed and sent. I emailed the address provided on the confirmation of order email and it came back undeliverable. I called and the lady refused to check my order status saying it wasn't her department and gave me a different email to try. I emailed that address and still didn't get a response. I called this morning to check and was told they are having personnel issues in that department and no orders have been processed. I asked him to refund the order and he started screaming at me telling me I was being nasty and he started making sounds like a toddler. Once I informed him he was rude and that the call was being recorded, he hung up without confirming they have cancelled the order.
