    On 11/22 I picked up two cakes that was horrible and my Thanksgiving dessert was ruined. I ordered the cakes a week before picking them up. The cakes were very small not normal size and the icing was not professional. I asked to get two others cakes and was told nothing they could do. I asked for the manager at the store and was told she was not available. I called the store twice and was told *** manager not available. I emailed the store and the manager responded, did you ask my employee to get me at the time you picked up your order. I responded yes, and never heard back from the store manager via phone or email. I contacted the corporate office via email and phone with no response back. The company is not willing to take responsibility.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  


    This is not a true statement from the company. My email atated I asked for the manager and she was told she was not there. This company has an integrity problem and do not wsnt to take responsibility are responsibility. I requested the manager and in my statement they said the same.  They never addressed why the employee didnt offer a replacement are get the manager. I wasnt happy with my purchase, so why didnt the employee try to fix it after I asked. What about the phone calls made to manager and never called back.
