    I saw her advertisement on ******** and reached out to her about her services as a brow technician. I looked at the pictures she submitted and advised her I would reach back out to her when I was ready. I have never met this lady, and I don't know anyone who has used her services, but I liked how the end result of her service for brow enhancement looked so I contacted her to schedule an appointment.
    On October 7th, she contacted me via messenger that her price was going to increase and I went ahead and book an appointment. she advised me that she needed a $50 retainer to hold that appointment slot. I sent her the retainer fee through Zelle and the appointment was scheduled for Sunday, October 16, at 12:30 pm.
    On October 13, at 10:55 am I received a messenger message that she was not working on Sunday so I would need to reschedule.
    We reached an appointment date of Saturday, October 15th at 6 pm. At 9:00 am Saturday morning she tells me to bring cash of $225 and gives me the address and suite number. She never mentioned that she only receives cash and that she wanted the cash paid before she delivered a service. I asked for a refund because I wasn't comfortable with bringing cash and paying for a service before I receive it. I made several suggestions on how to pay her to make her feel comfortable with me as a new customer.
    She does have on her booking site that she doesn't refund you the retainer. However, she doesn't let you know on this booking page that she wants cash and pre-payment on the day of the appointment. I feel that she omits this information because she knows people will have a challenge with that agreement and she can lose customers that way. Because of the misinformation, I feel that I'm owed a refund.
