I bought this camper new in 2024, and was told it came with a 1 year warranty. I submitted a warranty request (including videos, VIN, etc.), that I had an camper awning failure (within the warranty period) in Early 2024. Taxa responded that they were busy on July 11th 2024. I then sent them a reminder email July 30th. Taxa finally replied that they would help me on September 27, 2024. I then sent my address for which they could send the replacement part September 29, 2024.Taxa (***** *******) replied, on October 1st 2024, that they would send a new awning and referenced Sales Order # SO003315.That was the last reply I received from them. I have tried calling and emailed them multiple times with no response. Seems like they are not honoring their warranty.I show the awning to cost $436.00 plus shipping: (Soft Case Awning With Light 2.5M ******)

Paid $50k for RV trailer. Took one trip. On that trip failure of critical part failed. Its an airspring holding up the roof. The second item was a crank for the spare tire winch. Not safe to drive. Unable to use trailer for months. Tried fixing it myself through trial and error. Minimal response from **** in regards to poor quality of the product.

I bought a brand new Taxa Cricket in early 2024 it has a one year warranty. The water tank leaks. There is a propane leak INSIDE and outside the camper. It is dangerous. I took it to a camper dealership to have it fixed under warranty on July 3rd 2024. It took weeks to get the company to return calls or even send parts. Finally I got ahold of the warranty manager. The parts are now at my dealership. BUT the company refuses to pay the actual time it will take to make the fixes. The certified camper tech needs more time to make the repairs than the company is willing to pay for. Dealership tech says it will take 4 hours labor to fix the water tank. Taxa is willing to pay for 2hrs. Propane leak to replace lines the certified camper tech needs 4 hours. Taxa will only pay for 2 hours. Taxa is now suggesting I complete the repairs myself at my house. Or they are suggesting I take it to a different dealer. I am not a certified tech and have great difficulty with the idea of fixing a propane leak inside of a camper that could literally kill me and my dog when camping. Sep 2 will be two months of down time for a new camper. I would like **** to buy the camper back under lemon law rules to include taxes and fees. I have no faith it will be fixed anytime soon and I do not want a dangerous camper. This is a multi million dollar company that is just stalling and pinching Pennies.

Taxa does not have a proper manual for my years ********** which means I do not have a proper guide for maintenance, yet my repair claim was denied because of a supplemental axle guideline for maintenance was supposedly not followed. I am “at fault” because I wasn’t given proper maintenance manuals.
