    Nothing but problems with food trailer that I trusted CMT to build for us. They won't return our calls or emails. They are not worried or willing to make things right with this 50k trailer we purchased from them. This is a real shame. Trusted these people!

    April 2021 I went in ordered a trailer put down $14,000 way more than they required! I constantly checked up on product and was always told it was in the makings COVID made it hard to get supplies. They were over the deadline for the final production beyond belief. Well, in this process, I still stayed patient and calm, but was checking up on it because I was building a mobile dental clinic and I was needing to know because blue prints, AC other major equipment had been bought for this trailer because I was told by Marisa everything was going good. Everyone there constantly lied when I called “now that I’m seeing how they handle the situation”. I truly trusted them every time they would tell me they are working on it. August 2022 my last call to speak with Marisa was. “Hey, what’s going on with the production I haven’t heard from you all” I need to know what’s going on my contractor is ready to start and he has been applying pressure on me so he can finish his contract he has with me. Marisa went as far as to tell me they lost my phone number (lie) and that my trailer was stored in Surplus because It was finished, but they were not gonna charge me the surplus fee and it would be in Houston the first week of September 2022. Me being patient I waited for the third week to see if I was going to get a phone call. But of course, no phone call…..Marisa would never get back on the phone after she lied to me about the trailer being delivered to me. I could’ve taken the bad news, even better if she owned up to just saying they could not make the trailer. Here in January when I did the follow up, she had a coworker to get on the phone and he told me the manufacturer couldn’t make the trailer. She never would talk to me again, and I have never been ugly mean not even raised my voice at this lady… ever! I could not understand why she could not get on the phone with me when you took my money and you constantly lied to me. “Catch a lie and you find a thief…
