    Date of transaction: 2025-04-24 Amount to be refunded: $92.28 Graduation cap, gown and tassel - Made the payment on April 24, 2025 to Herff Jones, Received the order confirmation. After that I tried to call them many times during the business hours (the call directly goes to voice mail, saying that they are closed now); I tried to reach out to them through emails but never received a reply. Whenever I put the order number for tracking on their website, it says the order has not been ************* daughter needs her graduation gown/cap/tassel to be worn on 7th May and as Herff Jones was not reaching out to us through phone, email or anything we have to buy gown/cap and tassel from somewhere else. I have never received any package from Herff Jones till to-date i.e. 5th May. I want to ask for my refund and no one is contacting *********** is not contacting me to resolve the problem.

    I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and service. Ive called and emailed multiple times with no response, which has been incredibly frustrating. My daughter was supposed to receive her letterman jacket back in December its now April and we still havent heard *********** truly feels like they dont care, and as a parent, its heartbreaking to see my child let down like this. If it were their own child, I imagine this would have been handled very differently. Im left feeling ignored, upset, and without answers. I would not recommend this company based on our experience.

    I purchased a cap and gown and a tassel and picture frame on January 31, 2025 for my daughter's graduation in May. I received the cap and gown, but have not received the tassel and picture frame. I have reached out to the company Herff Jones via telephone and email several times this week. No tracking information is provided. I have not received a response via email to **** Branch/***** ****** ************************************************************************************************ Automated calls to the company ************* direct me to email company sales representative. I have done that with no response, so now I want a refund for the tassel and picture frame and handling fee and no further contact with this company.
