I was a 5yr member of this car wash. All of a sudden the past 6 months or so it started causing damage to my mirrors by scrapping and causing cut grooves into both mirrors. I initiated an incident claim review with video evidence and with the assistance of the ** at the *************** location which was denied 2x by the corporate office. I used this wash regularly for 4 years with no issues so the positioning of some of the equipment inside the wash has been altered to have all of a sudden started to cause damage. I will have no choice but to file a small claims lawsuit to hold them accountable for costs to repair my vehicle if they do not make this matter right immediately.

On 4/13/25, as I was directed to enter the wash, I was quite nervous being the guy directing kept looking in the opposite direction while motioning me to drive forward. Upon entering the wash, I felt unusually close to the car in front of me and same for the car behind me. With suds covering my windows, I couldn't see a thing but knew something wasn't right. I was sandwiched in between the two cars. The wash attendant advised the involved parties that this incident was not Whitewater's fault and insisted the driver 1 did something to cause his car to come off the tire track causing me to hit him and the truck behind me to hit me. The attendant went on to say we'd need to handle the incident ourselves. Car 1 driver insisted he did nothing to cause this incident and recalled feeling his car shift shortly after entering the wash. Per our request, the attendant pulled camera footage to see what happened. The footage only shows vehicles entering the wash. Once inside the wash, footage must be requested at corporate level (a 3-5 day process). In an attempt to give driver 1 the benefit of the doubt, we filed a police report with CPD. On 4/22, driver 1 said the officer informed him he's still been trying to catch the manager to see the cameras inside the wash. On 4/24, after giving them ample time to take care of this (8 business days to be exact), I left a message at Whitewater requesting their insurance information. On 5/8, I requested a copy of the police report and was told it was in progress.
Today is 5/13. It has been 1 month. I've received no calls from Whitewater. I've talked to others who've stated they've heard similar situations occurring at the same location and it's apparent the car wash is quick to blame the customer. I've also talked to many others who feel uneasy with being guided in the wash lately. In reading up on this, most reputable washes have sensors that detect issues and prevent accidents inside the wash. Be mindful, this location does NOT!

I cancelled my membership but they continued to take money from my bank account. I tried calling just to find out it's an AI number. I looked up corporate and it's an AI as well, there is no human to talk to. The car wash itself is nice & the employees.

… We were told Erika no longer worked there and now Clay is the GM. He tells us that he will get back to us in a week after he’s back from vacation. No response for 2 weeks. Again- we have to go back up there and then Clay decides to drop a bombshell on us and said “we don’t approve side view mirror claims so we can’t pay you for this damage”! Sir! After telling us we were approved, making us go get this fixed on our own costing ($400) when we could have just spent $50 deductible with our insurance and not had to have this headache, and stressing us the hell out with all the back and forth visits costing gas and time! So many different people lying to us. Clay then tells me that it’s not their fault and Erika isn’t with them for a reason and shouldn’t have told us to begin with that they’d cover it. I’m sorry but WHAT!!! This is not acceptable. There’s a point and time when a company has to take ownership of the events that have played out and this company did not do this. Not once in the many visits did we even get told that this might not be approved as a matter of fact we were told it was approved and they were waiting for the check from corporate. Now it’s shot completely down. Plus Clay slipped up and said at bare minimum he’s only allowed to approve on his own $50. So I said “well Clay let’s at least do that even though this is wrong of this company” and he says “nope- sorry can’t approve that either since it was your mirror”! Once again showing no customer service etiquette or even compassion for everything this company has put us through. I’ve never been so prompted to write a negative review in my life. I love giving kuddos to companies but this one deserves every negative star and karma you can give them. I cannot believe the lack of care they truly have for their customers and people in general. This company still needs to make this right. Please share this!!!

On 10/9 they were having a membership deal. The worker told me I would get a reminder text about the membership renewal 5 days prior. I did not get this text. On 11/9 the day of the renewal, I cancelled my membership and received an e-mail that it was cancelled and the last day I could use the carwash was that day, 11/9. However, I was still charged 19.99 for the membership. I contacted them that day by their preferred method, on their website. Never heard anything back so on 11/27 I called the number listed on the website and left a voicemail. Never heard back so I called again on 12/4 and left another voicemail. I still have not heard back and unable to reach a live person. I am beyond frustrated that they can charge for a service that I didn't get as evidenced by their e-mail on 11/9 at 4:00 PM stating: "Your membership has been successfully canceled. You can continue washing until Thursday, November 9." How can they steal from people!?!

Their car wash machine beat my car so hard it popped a reflector plate off the back of my bumper. Been through multiple Carspas & 7/11 car washes and never had this happen. They literally told me they look through the car wash machine line once every hour or so because of how often this happens. They literally do not care if they beat your car so badly it breaks as long as they get paid.

In July of 2023 i took my truck to get washed and in August they charged me 39.99 membership fee that i did not set up and i noticed today 9/28 the charge showed up on my account again. Be careful when taking your car to get washed in these locations they will set up a membership with out you knowing and good luck contacting them over the phone, I've been trying for the past 2 days. I would leave 0 starts but you have to select one.

My vehicle was damaged in the car wash and I can’t get the local or the corporate office to respond to me
