    First contacted 7/31 to inquire about appointments
    Set up consult on 8/17 @ 4pm with a $50 deposit
    Paid $200 deposit on 8/17 - 100 via ***** and 100 via cash
    Quote 5 hours @ 150 an hour and she stated it would be about 700 to do my hair. Set up appointment for sept 1 @ 11 am for a 5 hour appt and no copy of terms and agreements just a appointment confirmation
    Got a text morning of 9/1 saying she was running late and needed to sanitize room
    Arrived in room at 11:15
    Went over hair goals and wanted to do.
    When I was in the chair she stated her price would now $155 and our appointment would take all day and the new price would be 930
    I told her this was out of my budget and not what we originally agreed to
    She stated we did not need to proceed with the appointment and she would refund my deposit and to send her my *****
    I sent her a screenshot of my ***** and left, sent me a text message that she would not refund me
    Got blocked on instagram and phone
    Went back and spoke to Amanda manager of ****** ***** ****** as I did not feel safe going into her suite as I did not know how she would react
    She told armada she would not going back and forth with me
    Our contract was no longer upheld on her side and therefore I should get my deposit back
