    This software is garbage and the company is just stealing money. I downloaded the software and used for a bit in the trial period, it worked fine, so I purchased it. Within 30 days of that I had trouble with the software not working as intended. I contacted tech support and they gave me their stock, and only answer they have, which is the to remove and redownload. I did this twice and each time it corrected the issue, but the second time I thought this seems too frequent. After that the software did an update and this is when it got worse. Following the update it no longer would even print/save a pdf, the whole reason I purchased it in the first place. Again I got the stock answer from the awful tech support lady and nothing fixed it. I kindly asked if I could get a refund and they said no, it doesn't qualify.

    Support is an absolute joke, they just repeat the same thing over and over, ask for sceenshots and don't even look at them because they will ask over and over again for the same thing. I would recommend to anyone that is considering this, DO NOT DO IT! It is not a large sum of money, but if you pay for it, you will be giving them $50 because you will get frustrated at some point and will go get a new software. Nobody should make the same mistake I did, donate $50 to your church or local fire department, don't give it to this terrible company. That is the scam that they are running and clear as to why they have an F rating on BBB, stay away!
