    Very disappointed. I have used Pronto Crane for 20 years. The last time we had a lift they charged us $260.
    This time they got there to early after we told them to be there at 7 am. He showed up at 6:30 am. No big deal but he had to wait for 20 minutes for us to disconnect the equipment.
    The whole job took less than a hour on site. This time they charged over $750. for the very same lift at the exact same time in the morning.
    I just scheduled another lift with a different crane service and he quoted me $210. Guess who we will be using in the future.

    A couple of year ago this company tried to charge me for a job that was not mine and we refused to pay for someone else's job. I believe this is their way of making me pay for their mistake. I have been in the a/c business for 47 years and I have never ripped anyone off. Ever. That is why I hate getting ripped off.
