      I purchased window screens from ***** ****** in October of 2021. B**** Weimer was the sales person and G*** Weimer was the owner listed on the receipt. The screens were in stalled the first week of November. Within days, 3 of the windows the screens were installed on were busted. I contacted G*** Weimer by phone and he stated he was a partner with B**** and that I would need to contact B**** to get the windows fixed. We contacted B**** by F******* Messenger and he stated he would reimburse us when we got the windows repaired. We repaired the windows and sent B**** the receipt requesting the reimbursement. B**** did not respond to the message for reimbursement. We messaged him several times after that and did not get a response. We also tried to contact him by phone but did not get a response. The phone number we have for B**** is no longer in service. Since the time that we discovered the 3 original windows busted, we have found 3 more windows busted. I contacted G*** Weimer by F******* messenger on his ***** ****** page( on 08/20/22) but did not get a response. That F******* page has now been shut down. I contacted G*** Weimer by phone to try and resolve the issue but he was not very responsive. He stated he has closed his part of the business and now runs his business with ********* Solar Screens. The cost to replace the first 3 busted windows was $1055.44.
