    My dog was bitten by another dog at Dogtopia Galleria location two weeks ago. I found out that the facility did not record webcam video, did not carry insurance, would not release information of dog bite incidents, and claim to be not liable for my dog's medical expense. Because this happened around 7p after my vet clinic had closed, I had to take my dog to ****** ****** ******** Emmergency Clinic to get stitches (total expense $1376). According to all witnesses, the biting dog was the aggressor. The daycare agreement clearly states that the owner of the biting dog is liable to pay all the medical exoenses. Yet, the owner of the dog has not paid, and his dog is not yet banned from the facility. I would like to alarm the public about what happened to my dog and the lack of regulation of dog care facilities in Houston.
