    Dr Shakiba was excellent. She was professional and very compassionate. Dr Shakiba's dental assistant was also a total angel. Thank God for both of them. Her partner, Dr. Ali, was the complete opposite. Dr Ali was rude, and extremely mean to me. I was having a difficult time getting numb, and was still feeling pain. Dr. Ali was called over to assist, and he pretty much accused me of lying and screamed at me. He was extremely harsh. No one should be talked to or treated that way. Dr. Ali should learn how to communicate and handle patients. He needs to be kind. I was crying hard, so for him to treat me this way, was devastating!!! This occurred on Friday, December 30, 2022 at around 1 pm.
