    My experience with Landra Riliece Events was terrible to say the least. We were planning a baby shower that we wanted to be extravagant and over the top. We worked with a planner but asked to meet with Landra In order to ensure that we were all on the same page. She was rude, short and lacked customer service skills. From the beginning we wanted to back out however the deposit had been paid and she refused to give a refund. We were stuck!! We decided instead of losing over $5000 and going with a more reputable decorator, we would suck it up and trust that she will give us what we wanted. Unfortunately that did not happen. She claimed that the venue was not prepared so that was the reason for the subpar decor. We initially sent the planner our color scheme and a list of must haves. Of course none of that was delivered. The color scheme was totally different from what we asked for, the centerpieces were terrible and some tables didn’t even have centerpieces. We paid over $17,000 for something that looked cheap and thrown together. We were told that we could get flowers, however she said there wasn’t enough time. The event started at noon and they were still setting up! To say I was disappointed was an understatement.

    When we met with her she agreed that she would charge $15,000 flat if we paid cash. I tried to zelle, Cashapp and wire the money and was unsuccessful so she said ok just pay the invoice via ACH. I did this and was then told that I didn’t meet the agreement because I paid ACH. She never told me the agreement would be cancelled if I paid ACH!! She then lied about how much she was charged for ACH payments!!
    Lastly, I was charged a $350 late fee for paying 7 hours late. Not days…HOURS!!! It was not worth the money and I can’t even post pictures because of how horrible the decor was!
    Luckily our guests had a good time but she totally ruined our experience and completely ripped us off and was unapologetic. I would definitely not recommend working with her.
