On November 12, 2023 I had an appointment to have a Cavitation 360 session to reduce fat around my waist and belly area for a promotional price of $100.00 through ********. I went and had one session which I paid $113.25 for it. Then I was convince to have 14 other sessions, 7 to the stomach area and 7 to the lower back area. I was given some products including a machine to use at home to help the fat burning process between sessions, in a bag. When I got home my husband said it was too expensive and we could not afford it, so I called to let them know that I would be going to take the products back and cancel the treatment. I also sent a text message before I took the bag back the same way I had taken it home with me. The owner and her associate did not want to take it back, so I left it on the counter where they were sitting and went home. I called the CareCredit/Synchrony and explained what had happened. They said they will file the dispute and would credit my account for the amount and I did not have to make payments and I would not be charge interest. I left the country for three weeks during the holidays and when I came back the account had a balance. I started talking to representatives and file a dispute after dispute and provided copies of documents to support my complaint. ****** sent false documents with stamps that were not on my receipt where it states a Final Sale, No Refunds. I never got those receipts and the ones I got with my signature did not have those stamps on it. They are lying saying that I went to buy products and that they were giving my 14 Cavitation 360 sessions at $599.00 for free. That is a bunch of lies and I want my credit card to be credited of $4,700.00 because I did not keep any products, nor did I get any services. These people at ****'s are ripping people off and lying about it. I will not pay for something I did keep nor service I did not get. Please help me. I am a hard working American getting ripped off.

July 18, 2023 I had a 11:00am appointment at this business. They had a special on cavitation. I had the session done on my stomach area. I paid for the session in full. I asked what is the normal price per cavitation session. I was told they come in packages and they wouldn’t be able to just give me a price. The person that was assisting me in this matter name was Barry. Mr. Barry asked me to see how much I would be approved for with CareCredit. I tried but, I wasn’t able to get it pulled up in there store. So he proceeded to take over and add their WiFi to get into Care Credit application. He said, we’re just going to say 7500.00 I said no because I’m not spending 7500.00 here! He said no worries! This is just to see if you’ll be approved. I said okay. I was approved of the 7500.00. I told him okay but, I’m not using it there I would prefer to have surgery and use the money for that. He said, you can use it anywhere you want to. Then he said, you don’t have to use it all here. I did sign a receipt for 7500.00 but I was under the impression that was for what I was approved for. Not for it to be used for any future services. He gave me a cavitation machine, lotions and creams to convince me to use the 7500.00 for cavitation sessions. I kept telling him I didn’t want it. I left everything that he had given me there at the store with him and yet he billed my Care Credit account for 7500.00 for services that never was received and that I don’t want. There explanation is there are no refunds. It should not have had to be a refund. The charges should not have been applied forcefully. You should be a honest business owner. You can not be paid for services never provided.
