    I ordered a ** 24 inch front load washer from this business on October 21st. On October 24th I got an email stating the order was scheduled for pickup and that I would receive an email with shipment confirmation. I have not received that email. I have my daughter helping me with this and she emailed them asking them about it on Tuesday as it has been two weeks. They sent an apology letter guaranteeing deliver but gave no information. On Wednesday my daughter tried calling them got no answer and left two voicemails. She also tried the online chatting on their website with no reply. After getting no reply from them we decided to ask for a refund and sent an email per the policy on their website. My daughter also tried calling again today to ask for refund and got no answer. The price was $570.00. I have my receipt.

    I ordered a washer and dryer from US Brand Furniture and paid for it on 10/17/22. Their website indicates they are located at 5085 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77056 (713)588-6431. The store provided a tracking number in an email as follows:

    The tracking number is invalid and there is no answer at the shipper's number. I have tried to email the person who invoiced me and the email address comes back as invalid (*************@gmail.com). I have contacted the vendor and it is a generic voice mail and does not identify the store. I have emailed the store and the shipper without response. I am unable to track the appliances for which I paid $1500 and unable to obtain a reply from US Brand Furniture.
    I also checked stores at this address The Galleria and this vendor is not listed at the address. I would like a refund of my $1500. The invoice lists my husband's business Lou's Concrete but this is not a business order. It is for appliances for my home.

    Product never arrived and could not get hold of business. When I did they hung up the phone or canceled on the online chat.

    Business committed to provide to send the bluetooth speaker once the transaction was processed.

    This transaction does not seem legitimate. The statement from my credit card shows a person's name Madiha instead of the business name. All the emails that show on the invoice and receipt seems to be of a personal account and not the business. I tried to contact the seller a few times both email and by phone but there is no answer. I emailed them that I would like a refund and there's no reply.

    The payment fields for my credit card with all shipping and billing information were completed and submitted. This process generated error messages on their site and a message specifying an "invoice" method of payment was presented as the solution for payment by the company site. An order confirmation was received from the US Brand Furniture site at 4:45PM 10/04/22 (directly following the order submission online.)
    An invoice arrived via email at 12:44 AM 10/05/22 from an address (ulices c***** * that makes no reference to the Company website, but does indicate the order number that corresponds to the order confirmation email originally received . A link to pay the invoice was included in the email message. When the link was opened there is a place to enter card information and a reference to ****** ** ****** **** ********** ********* The phone number listed on the website is (713)588-6431 . That call was picked up, I could hear some voices but the call was immediately disconnected without a greeting. When I called the same number again an automated voice picked up that did not sound like an outgoing business message.There has been no reply to the email I sent to the address listed on their website for communication, [email protected].
    This appears to be a scam and the phone number you have listed in for this business is attached to a legitimate business with a similar name but NOT the same name.
