      worst customer service out there.they will take you money and schedule a pick up thru a third rate party such as Jiffy Junk that doesn't have capacity to pick it up and what you to break it down in to additional bags basically sorting it for them.but yet the name is Juffy Junk so what do they actually do between the 2 of the them basically scam you out of money even though picking up junk is what you paid for. and you'll have to pay for the additional bags and pick up.seems like theft to me.avoid at all cost.

      Very difficult to cancel service. Everything else is available online but it took me a couple of days to find a on line location on their website that was available to click on to cancel service. It then informed me that I could not cancel my service on line. Finally reached a live customer service representative who cancelled my service and charged me $75 for container pickup. Two weeks later the containers are still on site. Subsequently received a bill for prorated service for future months. After three phone calls and multiple agents finally found someone that helped to resolve my issues. My bill had risen from about $100 a quarter to over $300 a quarter. A significant amount and I found that their fees were inconsistent across the city and even within my subdivision They continue to show an added charge for fuel costs which was started several years ago when gas prices were high. That fee never went down when fuel costs lowered. I had one agent ask for my banking account information which had absolutely nothing to do with my issue. When I asked him why he couldnt come up with a legitimate answer. Then told me if I was unsatisfied to hang up. Which I did. Overall the company has grown significantly over the years but their service has continued to decline. The city of ****************** should review their services and relationships with the residents to perhaps get some consistency and improvement to their service and interactions with residents.

      Horrible customer service, skipped my pickup and when we called they said the lid must have not been closed. Well it was 100 percent closed and they refused to pick it up. If you have any choice do not use this company. From their reviews Im not alone!

      Worst company I've ever dealt with. In my entire existence, I've never encountered such a horrible company with such bad service and such little accountability. They will miss pickup after pickup, they are late every single week. When you ask for a refund for the missed pickups, they just say "No." They don't even bother to fake an apology. The kicker, you ask? I get a letter in the mail saying they will no longer be servicing our route due to "safety." Guess what?       Do not use Waste Management. I am a small business owner. They have an automatic renewal clause in their contract that you can't negotiate out of. They make the cancellation window greater than 90 days and if you try to cancel within 60 days they force you to renew for another term or pay absorbent prices. They also start you low prices but have a clause which allows them to increase the fee. I was paying double the contract price by the end of the first term. DO NOT USE THEM.

      We called waste management over a week before we moved to our brand new home to set up services. We closed on our house on Friday June 27th, but they said they wouldnt be able to get us our cans until Monday June 30th. They told us we could leave out our bags and they would take them. We left out our bags. The garbage driver did not stop to take our bags. We never got our cans on Monday the 30th. So we called on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday to hear the same thing, that they were coming the next day. But they were behind on their operations for delivery of new cans. We did not get our cans by Thursday. Friday was 4th of July so they didnt come then. Come Monday June 7th, we finally got them after the scheduled trash pick up. But now we had maggots in our trash bags on the floor of our garage. We called waste management to tell them this and to say that our garbage bins are stuff from over a week of living here and we have 5 people in our family, so we have a lot of trash. They told us theyd send out an extra pick up on Monday or Tuesday. That never came. Now it is Thursday. They said that the trash was picked up yesterday, when it wasnt! So now we need to wait ***** hours again to get our trash picked up. ******, a waste management supervisor told me it was no big deal. I dont think shed appreciate cleaning up maggots in her garage. We refuse to put more bags in our garage since our cans are stuffed! This is terrible operations, terrible customer ********************. But since ********************** dominates the ********* area, they dont care. So disappointing. *********************** would open up to an another trash company to get competition.

      leaving 1 star, only because there is no option to leave no stars, all the reviews about waste management so true, the worst company ever to deal with, if you have any option where there is the possibility they could be the better than the worst of the worst waste management go with them, even if its more money, waste management wont hesitate one bit to take your money even if they dont pickup your trash, customer service would imply they have customer service

      Trash bin was not pick up and this is the 2nd time it happened in the past 3 month. Called waste management each time and was instructed to leave the trash bin and they will collect it the following day and they did not. Called again the 2nd time and was instructed again to leave the trash bin so they can collect the trash bin. They never did. Now I get a letter from the the HOA( La Verne Heights) that I need to put in the trash bin at the end of the collection day. It is frustrating when you are paying your bill and yet services is not provided.

      Have waited months for a replacement container which their automated truck destroyed. Now Ive had trash at my curb for 20 days. But the money disappears from my account right on time.
