    I am filing a formal complaint regarding my unprofessional and unfair experience with Manheim Hobby Lobby Texas, specifically with ***** ********, the arbitration manager.I recently purchased a vehicle through their auction with a reported accident on CARFAX, prompting me to request a frame check. The vehicle initially passed the auctions inspection. However, after receiving the vehicle, I took it for a third-party frame inspection, which confirmed frame damage.I promptly filed an arbitration claim with Manheim. Their inspector verified the frame damage, and the arbitrator asked how I would like to proceed. I requested a price adjustment, but I was told that the seller refused to offer any compensation. I then asked to escalate the matter to management.I was later contacted by ***** ********, who was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout our conversation. Despite the clear findings from both their inspector and the arbitrator, Ms. ******** insisted that no frame damage existed and claimed they were wrong.She yelled at me, refused to listen to my concerns, and eventually hung up on me. When I tried to contact her again, she ignored my calls and closed my case without any further review or ************* a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to have my concerns addressed fairlyneither of which occurred. The evidence supporting my claim is clear, yet my concerns were dismissed without proper consideration.I am requesting the BBBs assistance in ensuring that my case is reopened and fairly reviewed. I also believe that Ms. ********* unprofessional conduct should be formally addressed to prevent other customers from facing similar experiences.I am happy to provide documentation, including inspection reports and communications, upon request.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.Sincerely,******* ******

    We looked at the unit and the damage that the customer pointed out. This unit does not have frame damage and does not qualify for arbitration. I had multiple people look at this unit. Mr ****** reached out to my AGM and she will also make him aware of our decision.

    I purchased a 2008 Mercedes as is on aug 13th 2022. The condition report states the vehicle starts and is drivable. Me doing business with ******* over the years i felt as though they were trustworthy and the reports were accurate. After paying for the vehicle i then proceeded to take it out the auction only to find out it didn't even start. Spoke with several employees none seem to care nor wanted to help and all had nasty attitudes over the phone!! In person it's a different situation!! So then i reached out to the general manager who always seem to be a honest and stand up guy. He told me he would reach out to the seller and see about getting me out the sale (never received a call back) then i did a little research and found that the selling company is owned by *** automotive as well. So im out of $2,975. Also reached out to cooperate office and was just transferred over and over . Just alot of bad business. I never got my money back they never offered to have their mechanic lool at the vehicle unless i pay $95
