    I am very thankful I found this company. It has been the best experience. They provided training, built my website, created my logo and got me my license. I was successfully able to start my home care agency and pass survey with ZERO deficiency.

    Some customer service blunders are easy to understand, others leave customers shaking their heads and wondering what the company was doing in the first place. However, in the case of ACE Compliance Consulting [herein after referred to as ACE] my agency experiences with this company was very substandard and negative. I own and operate a personal home care agency ****** ****** ** ***** ***) in Austin, Texas. We are a new agency start up and hired ACE a couple of years ago to help us with both **** ******** enrollment/program contracts and credentialing with Healthcare Management Organizations (HMO's). While thousands of dollars were paid out to ACE, this company produced very little or no results for the service's hired for. On the contrary, ACE simply took the money and provided only lip service whenever we would reach out to them for service updates. There were multiple communication breakdowns between ACE and our agency, important filing deadlines unmet and inaccurate information provided on a regular basis. Whenever we would call or email ACE for updates on services already purchased; company employees would become rude and hostile in their responses. To date, ACE still have unfinished business with us for services that have already been paid for but have completely stopped communicating with our agency. I have multiple receipts to substantiate my claims for ACE unsatisfactory services rendered. Finally, I would not recommend at all ACE consulting company to any new start up agency or existing ones for the reasons aforementioned. ACE has failed to live up to its mission statement and its own company's customer service policies.
