Company is absolutely lazy by not having policies auto checked for the facilities in a group, with same exact policies. Money grab as well with a ***** company buying out competition. I ***************** and other competition takes this company down.

After reviewing this we found that this customer contacted symplr support about this issue on 6/17. It was then internally escalated. The policy issues were resolved on 6/20 and an escalation team member contacted you on that same day to share the fix. If you have further issues or concerns with your account please reach out to [email protected]

This company practices blatant deception in their terms of service for their account fee auto-renewal. Have not used this service in 9 months since leaving my prior company. Unable to receive emails, calls, texts, etc. to my phone number or email associated with my account since I no longer have access to my old company information. Even if I wanted to log back in to my account to cancel the auto-renewal, I am unable to since I cannot access my old company email. I am clearly not the only former employee who has been charged without their knowledge after leaving a company and discontinued use of Symplr's services. Furthermore, to have a "no-refund" policy is evidence of additional malpractice after having charged customers without their knowledge or the ability to cancel.
This company, which is a service forced on many employees by hospital systems to become credentialed and is not a voluntary choice, does not operate in good faith and is not deserving of their current A+ rating

Blatant price gouging. The fees charged by credentialing companies like Intellicentrics are predatory and unnecessary. These costs ultimately fall on the patient.

Absolutely a scam on the health system. I haven’t used this service in a year, but was charged a 599 fee for yearly service despite having no access to my account, no notification of the charge, and no receipt of the charge. I had to wait on the phone for a half hour to be told won’t refund my money. To health care vendors: find another service to manage pharma access!!!! This one is terrible.

Since the recent merger with ******, IntelliCentrics has effectively eliminated competition in the healthcare vendor credentialing sector, creating a monopoly. As a result, their pricing practices have become increasingly exploitative. Prices are raised annually at rates far exceeding inflation, with the latest increase doubling fees from $300 to $****** make matters worse, if a renewal is missed by even one day, an additional $150 penalty is imposedbringing the total to $750. For many representatives, this amounts to a significant portion of their paycheck, which is both unjust and unsustainable. This practice goes beyond the principles of a free market, as we have no viable alternatives. What IntelliCentrics is engaging in amounts to price gouging, and it is completely unacceptable. Asking professionals to pay such exorbitant fees just to perform their jobs is both unethical and borderline criminal. We need a fair and competitive market, not one that exploits healthcare vendors through monopolistic practices.

Would certainly echo the others that have left reviews here. They seem to have very few qualified people in customer service, leading to massive wait times and unexplainable credential rejections. They charge ridiculous fees and have zero care.

This company does not help with obtaining access to accounts. Also they force you to answer an age bias question when terminating account and relate it to Covid 19.They ask if you are over 50. This has nothing to do with terminating the subscription renewal.

I echo the sentiments of the other reviewers. After renewing my ****** subscription I found out that all the information/ classes I submitted last year had been removed. Called customer service and they said that because I did not renew within 60 days all of my information would need to be resubmitted. All to force customers into an endless auto renew subscription. I run a company and only want to help patients get better this company is predatory and should be avoided at all costs. Not worth your time or money. Count me in on any class action.

I purchased a credentialing package for vendor credentialing. My payment cleared the bank. I had not gotten a receipt. They would not give me a receipt unless I completed my profile. However, I needed the receipt asap. The people here do not listen to customer concerns. I feel like I was held hostage in doing something for them even though I clearly paid for it. Simply really not that Professional.
