    Very friendly, welcoming and lots of choices in spas, matter of fact too much choices. We bought the perfect spa for us and delivery was great and the spa is awesome! I will refer my friends to Spas Unlimited great place for a spa.

    Awesome customer service!!!
    Walked in to look at a spa. Gene was so helpful on what I told him I was looking for. The delivery crew called ahead of time to tell us when they will be arriving. Was very helpful and answered all the questions my husband asked. Once we was ready to start the spa, which was on a Sunday, I called Gene and left a message letting him know we was ready for the walk through on start up. He called me back and told me all the chemicals to add in and what to watch out for. Answered a couple other questions and told me to call him anytime if I have any other questions or concerns/problems. We are excited about our new spa and look forward into it.

    Horrible service! I paid for a service call during Covid. Service came out told me they would order a part and mail it to me. Never happened ! Talked to service manager several times and he ultimately said the part didn’t need to be replaced.
    July 2022… I believe in second chances. Another FAIL. Placed a service request on July 5, made several follow up calls to find out when I could be into he schedule only to be told that service has tried to contact me. Strange … I have no missed calls, no voicemails, no text messages. Nothing!
    Spas Unlimited did nothing! Future buyers should understand sales is excellent but service is horrible

    We have been in Business in the Houston area for over 30 years and have made every effort to maintain a good relationship with all of our customers. This includes, but not limited to, sales and service. One of the firm rules in this company is to always return calls. However , due to COVID19 parts were seriously delayed, and Service calls to our company tripled, causing some delays and for that we apologize. I have never had an occasion to doubt any statement made by our service tech Brett who has been with us for 10 years. The customer claims that we did not return his call however Brett said that had made 2 attempts to contact the customer as shown in his log book, and had not heard back from the customer. Brett was finally able to contact the customer and go out to his home on July 21 at 10 AM and resolve the issue. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
