    Refund and Exchange Policy

    Service: customers are free to cancel anytime - however if they subscribe to an annual plan and receive a Hardware Security Key and cancel - we will deduct the cost of the appropriate key plus shipping from their refund. 

    Merchandise: customers will be allowed to return items that are unused and unworn. Shipping to get merchandise to us will be paid for by the customer and will not be reimbursed by us. Exchanges will certainly be allowed on items that are defective.
