      .. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS INSURANCE COMPANY VERY RUDE AND A RIP OFF...My 2021 smoke show GRAY challenger (paid cash for)was totaled by their client.She ran the red light and hit me.she admitted she was in the wrong and the police report proved it as well. Her representative(agent) Giovanni ******** was as rude as ever as if she was paying me out of pocket herself for my damages. She pretty much demanded that I file on my insurance to get my car out of town and take it elsewhere,they never offered me a rental or anything I am without a vehicle. She sent a crazy link to my phone to access my camera and location (***** **) .. I asked to speak to her supervisor Marcus. Finally spoke with him and told him how rude she was he then stated that he heard the whole conversation she sits across from him I was like ok so your ok with being rude(I guess that was supposed to intimidate me?????????) I told him they are very unprofessional VERY????. He went on to tell me that her insurance is not gonna cover the cost of my vehicle and I should file it on my insurance for the rest of my money I told him I am absolutely NOT CALLING MY INSURANCE FOR ANYTHING AT ALL... They sound like a bunch crooks if you ask me the ratings are slim to none I don't see any five star ratings from anyone I pray I get what I am owed..I ABSOLUTELY BEG U TO STAY AWAY FROM THE CROOKS
