    Avoid Kingspoint Insurance at All Costs!
    Dealing with Kingspoint Insurance has been an absolute nightmare. Their lack of communication, constant misinformation, and unprofessional handling of my policy cancellation have caused me significant stress and frustration.
    They failed to properly understand or confirm details about my property, resulting in a baseless cancellation of my policy. Despite repeated attempts to clarify the situation, their representatives, especially Ann Bledsoe, repeatedly provided contradictory information and failed to offer any resolution. To make matters worse, they seem to have no concern for the impact their incompetence has on their clients.
    If you’re looking for an insurance agency that communicates clearly, acts professionally, and values its customers, Kingspoint Insurance is NOT the place for you. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for your insurance needs. Dealing with them is a waste of time and energy.
