    A technician by the name of **** showed up to program a new key fob for my vehicle on Wednesday March 13th 2024. The technician tried programming the new fob but ran into difficulties, programmed my old key, got the car started, only to deprogram the old keyfob. He said the new fob required a bigger machine in order to program the new fob. Due to him practicing Ramadan he said he would need to come back the following morning. I told the tech that arrangement does not work for me, as I have prior engagements. He then promised someone would come and finish the job that same night of March 13th, 2024. No one showed up and no one has showed up the following day either. They promise call backs and no one calls back. They also put you on hold and hang up the phone. I could have gotten another company to do the job but the technician (****) insisted they finish and I paid them a deposit of $120. They are very unprofessional and I believe they are accepting anyone that calls knowing they dont have the bandwidth to accurately complete the tasks. Theyre prioritizing money over service and accepting partial payments but not fulfilling any terms of agreement.

    Hello, KeylessCity is a locksmith hardware supplier that doesn't do mobile locksmith service. We refer to other locksmiths when a mobile service is needed, this is a wholesale supplier and not a mobile locksmith (mobile locksmiths are our customers)
