      DONT HIRE the Sanchez law firm in McAllen, TX for defense! Very nice people but dont have a clue about serving and saving somebody from false accusations and police overreaching. They come up with a set monthly fee and do not do any real work. My brother was, unfortunately, represented by this firm. He was falsely accused of crimes. Then the police came up with additional false charges. The law firm called my brother on the phone and told him that his life was going to go bad. They offered him no hope, no support; they told him that the law was coming after him and there was not much they could do. Don't believe the BS on their website about fighting for the falsely accused.

      They make false claims on website about fighting for the wrongly accused and claim to provide a high quality representation for those wrongly accused and overcharged of crimes. After the very poorly executed call with my brother, my brother got in a car and drove 20 hours straight to IL where he said goodbye to his family and then took his own life because the Sanchez law firm gave him zero hope of surviving the process. They delivered bad news from the overreaching police (the ones they are supposed to be fighting against). They gave no indication the firm would fight for him. They just said they are really coming aggressive and, by the way, we need to charge you $20,000 on top of what he's already paying. They gave my innocent brother the indication that even his lawyer could not help against these false accusers and overreaching police at the PSJA in Pharr, Texas.

      I do not want to have this happen to someone else. Settle with a public defender before hiring this firm. Unfortunately, substandard legal representation in this case essentially murdered him. His cause of death is on the record as suicide but I am certain that this was murder! Hiring this law firm was a huge mistake. They just would not fight for their client. They just want payments. Again, do not ever hire this firm!
