    I purchased two 3/4 HP electric motors for my boat lift and had a problem with one right away. It was the one furthest from the dock. I called right away and talked to Heather and she talked to Sean and he said it's more likely the wiring going to that motor or the control switch bad, so I rewired the whole dock and replaced both switches and circuit breakers. Still the motor would hum for a while then pop the circuit breaker. To be sure the motor was bad I swapped the good motor to the furthest pole and put the bad motor on the inside pole and the problem followed the bad motor. Sean said you can send it back but if it test ok I’m not refunding your money or shipping cost. I knew the motor was bad for sure now so I purchase a new motor and the lift is working great now, but he said the motor tested good and would not refund my money or shipping cost.
    I took the motor that he said was good and had it retested at ***** **** here in Cape Coral Florida and when I picked it up they said it is bad it has a short in it and is over amping. I called right from ***** **** too Sean but he started yelling and didn’t want to talk to them or me. All he wanted to do is over talk me, wouldn’t give me a chance to talk. Just said you're not getting any money back. He cost me a lot more than just a motor with all the wiring and switches I replaced for nothing. I not sure he even tested it.
    I just want to warn other customer of how I was treated.
