      If i could give a 0 I would! We had their service for years and when it came time to move, I couldn't get our account manager to contact me back in order to see if they could service us. Finally after we moved and they sent an invoice for over $5000 she responded that they don't service my current address and put in a dispute. I then received another invoice with $5k + late fees and still nothing from my account rep. I called the customer service number and finally got someone helpful, she called and left me a voicemail stating she got it cleared up and I didn't owe anything. Months later a rep, Tonie, calls has a ton of attitude and is RUDE. Call didn't go well to say the least, I followed it up with an email with all of my documentation and was told it was escalated. Now I got a call from a collections agency. What a nightmare DON'T EVER USE LOGIX!!

      Logix failed to acknowledge a cancellation notice, despite being a current customer on a new fiber line at a new office, which Logix assisted with the switchover, they decided to ignore my cancellation notice and continued billing, failing to notify me at my new address. They proceeded to hand the matter over to a collections agent and when I have submitted evidence to their customer services team that i had submitted the original cancellation notice, they refused to do anything about it, trying to fob me off with guidance such as send another email to customer services. The way in which they are handling this is fraudulent, customers should be inconvenienced or have yto suffer at the expense of their incompetence.

      Thank you for providing this information to LOGIX. We regret the customer had difficulty moving their service from one location to another, and that our customer service team did not address the issue correctly.
      We have been working directly with the customer to correct the issues outlined in their complaint and we now believe the customer is satisfied with the steps we have taken to address their issues.
      We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience we have caused the customer, and we appreciate them giving LOGIX the opportunity to resolve these matters.

      Our business in NW Houston has been down almost all day due an incident at the NOC. When I called to ask for update, I was transferred to the NOC Dept. I was told they don't know what's going on because they can't access the building. I asked a simple question, "Is there anything you can do, like re-route the traffic to another NOC or something. The tech got annoyed with me, and I understand how annoying customers can be because I work in our IT Department and deal with users all day, but my question was simple and I think reasonable. He just said, look I'm just a NOC tech, call your account manager and then hung up on me". There was no goodbye, sorry for the inconvenience, thanks for being a customer. Nothing just hung up in my face. What kind of people do they hire over there treating customers like this??
