    Hi,
    I had mailed a document on Aug 25th 2022, at the store to be delivered for a UPS 2nd day air option. But now it's shown it will be delivered only on the 30th. I paid $46. 29 for a small paper envelope. Please do the needful

    Hi,

    I have attached a sign document from the sender, stating UPS 2nd DAY AIR IS NOT A GUARANTEE. Furthemore, the package left on time with the driver. If their was an incident, that prevented this package from being delivered on the estimated date, my store is not accountable for that.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
    The store clerk did not mentioned it and the driver was right there picking up the packages in front of my eyes as I was paying for it. It goes against UPS policy not to inform the customer about it's scheduled delivery. I paid for 2 day for a small envelope total sum of $46.00, had I known it would take 6days then, I d have paid the normal delivery. Also,the store can verify and check it's CCTV about the uniformed delivery driver pick up and the store clerk who was not helpful at all. 
    I as a paying customer is am not responsible for what goes behind the scene,(if the driver doesn't pick up or the employees fought or forgot to put my mail in a basket or what not). I paid for the services and I didn't happen.
