    I have been trying for 2 days (Jan 21-22, 2025) to locate and call a working number for ********* ***** ********** to report a clogged kitchen sink that is totally unusable at this point. None of the numbers published or that I have previously used are working numbers. I can be reached at 815-210-5959. The resident has a disability so we need to get this taken care of as soon as possible.

    Hi, we have completed the Work Request and have changed out his faucet, checked all necessary connections and completed everything satisfactory. We also have phone numbers posted on the window for any work orders or other concerns. We received the request on February 02, and we completed it, this morning. We never received any work orders or requests, as our main priority is the wellbeing and safety of our tenants. I have attached the work order request he put in on the 2nd and a picture of the sign we have with all appropriate phone numbers.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  





    The manager did respond quickly after I reported to you.  They left a hole in the wall but it was eventually repaired this week.
