    I recently hired Moving By Design for my move, and I couldn't be happier with their service. From start to finish, they were exceptional. The team arrived on time, handled my belongings with care, and worked efficiently. They made a stressful day feel so much easier. I highly recommend Moving By Design for their professionalism and top-notch moving services. Thank you for a smooth and stress-free move!

    Moving By Design …I used about 3 months ago. Had several missing items. Contacted Tim and asked for some kind of reimbursement, because my items were not delivered as they were supposed to. I was told “I will speak to them”. I asked about a reimbursement and was ignored. All of the missing items were brand new still in the box. Totaling under $300. (Somehow only my brand new items did t make it to the new house…) It is the principle though…I trusted this company to move my things and my items did not arrive safely and completely. I was also starting my life over having to start from scratch so it was an extra punch in the face from the company. I will warn everyone I know about this so it doesn’t happen to them.

    I overpaid for Moving By Design and even tipped the movers very well. After the move, I had broken and missing items. I had a very hard time getting a hold of Moving By Design to file a claim. I was given nothing but not answered calls, no returned calls, and even hung up on by their insurance company attempting to file a claim. They didn't even give me the correct insurance company at first. I was given nothing but the runaround, lies, and even insults about my furniture. I was even charged for the boxes that I provided. I do not recommend this company. They seem nice at first but after that, WATCH OUT, you will be screwed! Please, if you use Moving By Design, file a complaint with the TXDOT and if it's out of state, file with the USDOT.

    I finally received a response by Moving by Design. The president again is trying to show he's genuine. I just want at least $2000 back. I'm posting on here and I would like a response back from this company here. Let's see if they show their true colors.
