      After three days of attempting to contact this cancellation group at the 713 number, I finally emailed a person on the website for Corporate Headquarters Group 1 Automotive to get someone to contact me after the 45 days of wait as I was told to get payment credited. Still no payment and unable to get anyone on the phone. Held on for three hours, tried to leave a message while in line on hold to no avail. Voicemail was full. Sent emails one after the other to see if I could get any information or timeline for amount to be credited to my loan. Finally, one of the board members emailed someone in the cancellation department who contacted me with some information. This is a joke trying to get them on the phone.

      It’s been 3 months I have cancelled the policy. I have all the documents and everything but payment still hasn’t been released to Lexus Financial
