    Hi, My son had surgery back in 10/6/23 with Houston Premier Surgery Center On the day of surgery, we paid $307.64.Learned it was an over payment of $72.34 I have been in contact with the billing department every month since to receive refund with no progress to receive the refund of over payment. Last call was 5/22/24 with no update on when I will receive a refund (over 7 months since surgery). Billing confirms they do owe me the refund, but have not moved forward in processing the refund.Account number is #**** Patient: ****** **** DOB: ********** Address: ***************************************** is the proof of receipt of payment for $307.64 on day of surgery (10/6/23) and the actual bill when Houston Premier billed us again because they didn't originally file 10/6/23 payment ($235.30). Summary:1) **** said we didn't pay and billed us again for surgery 2) Once confirmed payment, confirmed over payment of $72.34 and assured refund within 1 month 3) 7 months past surgery and no refund received and no action made to complete refund. Surgery date 10/6/23 Last call with billing department 5/22/24
