    Business Name: **********Account Opened: June 3, 2024 *** Consultant: Areeb ********* Email: ********************************* I entered into an agreement with ********** on June 3, 2024, under the "Rental-Free Package," which clearly stated:No contract and no rental fees ("Rental Free: $0").Fixed rates for credit (0.2%) and debit (4 cents) *************** additional fees for applications, statements, or maintenance.Despite this, I have been charged the following unauthorized fees over the past few months, totaling an extra $200-300:Processing Fee: $2.01 Debit Fee: $0.65 Card Minimum Fee: $22.20 Payment Network Fee: $0.14 Authorization Fee: $0.35 Monthly Fee: $5 Application Fee: $25 (though the agreement said $0)Safety Solo Fee: $20 These fees were not part of the agreement provided by *** consultant ***** *., and I raised this issue multiple times, yet ********** has not resolved it. To avoid further participation in this scam, I returned the *** terminal a few weeks ago.This is a breach of contract, as the agreement clearly promised no charges beyond the agreed-upon rates, and I continue to experience unauthorized deductions from my account.I request:Full refund of the $200-300 in unauthorized charges.Immediate stop to any further unauthorized deductions.A formal clarification of the fees, as per the original agreement.A formal apology acknowledging the issue.I have email records that further support my claim, confirming the original terms and my attempts to resolve this matter.

    Originally we agreed to debit and credit card transactions such as 3 cents to 10 cents per transaction, however, I was deceived since I was charged 5 dollars to 6 dollars per transaction as you can view the attached statements. I need reimbursement and an apology for deceiving and promising not to repeat the same mistake!Also, the least amount of 220 dollars was one time charged according to Agent ****** from the company who clearly deceived me! I need to resolve this issue period.

    In January, we opened a POS terminal service with BPO Bench. The contract did not specify any early termination fees, and the salesperson explicitly mentioned on the contract that I could terminate the service at any time. Despite having sent an email to close the connection two weeks ago, I have not received any proper response.

    Good Day,

    We have been in constant contact with the merchant regarding his request and we find no delay in delivering the resolution.

    Merchant ID takes 7 to 10 Business days to be cancelled which was conveyed to the Merchant as well.

    Furthermore we have sent a confirmation email today to the merchant informing about the Merchant ID Closure. (Attached for the reference).
