    What a joke they are 100 % scam artist charge 12000 to build transmission then transmission is doing the same thing as when it came in

    The owner, Terry, doesn't know what's going on because he's in an out of the hospital and he has two many hands running the shop that don't know what's going on. Terry tells you about a plan he has to fix the car that you agree on, but when it's ready he or his team haven't done half of what they said they would do, but he wants to charge the price of the full service like the work has been done. As of right now, they are trying to put a lien on my car and haven't done what they said they would do. I went to the shop on Saturday, Sept. 28th, with a mechanic and Terry said that they had rebuilt the transmission, but they lied. The mechanic with me said the bolts of the transmission had been undisturbed. As of Sept. 30th, they had pulled the transmission out when I gave them instructions on Saturday, Sept. 28th to not touch the transmission and as of today's date, he pulled the transmission out anyway when I told him not to do that because I was going to bring back the front differential, which is the only thing that was needed.
