    The products themselves are great, but their installers are greedy and only want money. I asked if the installer would except *****. He said yes (especially since they didn't take debit/credit cards). He wrote down his name and phone; which were illegible and then rushed off. Sent to wrong person and I was trying to resolve the situation with my bank. If you know anything about a bank they can take up to 30 days or more to solve or determine some issues. The installer called the next day, I told him I was trying to resolve the situation, he then called 2 days after that and then I felt like he was harassing me about his money, because he started calling me and not letting the bank resolve the issue. After awhile, I got notification from the bank and then wrote him a check. I believe, if you do a job, you should be paid, but harassing a person IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS. Proven Products should be careful when hiring subcontractors.

    Sold us a bad Washing Machine and refused to help resolve the issue. Our clothes were stuck in the machine for 3 days till we could get service and after over two weeks of service we still don't have a working machine and are having to dispute the charges on our credit card to seek resolution. I've never had a company sell me a bad product and then refuse to do anything about it. Once I filed the dispute they finally tried to do something (despite multiple previous refusals) but I highly discourage anyone from doing a business that tries to stick it to customers the way they have.
