      I placed an order with Charming Charlie on June 1 for five items totaling $167.79. I sent an email asking about the order on June 12 and received a reply the same day stating that the vendor confirmed my order was awaiting courier pickup. I never received a shipping notice, so I sent another email on June 13 stating that I would like my order canceled and refunded. I did not receive a reply. I sent another email today (June 16) and did not received a response.I have not received a shipping notice either, so I know that my order is not "awaiting courier pickup".

      Purchased a dress from the online retailer. Processing took longer than standard for e-commerce. I requested a return label/refund four separate times in accordance with their return policy and procedures on 5/8 and 5/13. After the second contact, I was told a label would be provided upon receipt of the order. I have since received the order and no return label. I contacted the business again on 5/20 without response. I just contacted the business for the fourth time today 5/29.

      On Jan 21 2025 I ordered a purse. It is now Feb 18 2025 and I dont even have a tracking number. Ive emailed customer service multiple times and am told it is being prepared for shipment. Ive asked for my money back and they say I can return once received. A month and no shipping number? Ill be filing a complaint with my bank.

      Ordered something that was 62.00. I was charged immediately and cannot reach them!

      I placed an order on 10/01/2024 on the Shop app for Charming Charlie and still have not received the item. I have emailed them twice and no response. The 3rd time I tried to email, a message came back that I was blocked. Luckily, I paid through Affirms payment plan and am not out the entire amount for the purchase but I still need my money back since they seem to have gone out of business. I have not had any issues with them in the past so this is new to me. I have also disputed this with Affirm so hopefully someone is able to help me get my money back and say goodbye to this place for good.

      I placed an order on June 4th. So far no email when and if it is being shipped. Every phone number I have for them is either a busy signal or disconnected or for Chinese laundry My order number is CHC133390. What a terrible way to do business. Thank you ******* ********

      On Sunday, March 17th, I placed an order for a pair of jeans. It is now Wednesday, March 27th, and I have yet to receive a tracking number or any information that my order is in process. I have reached out to the company 5 times over emails ([email protected]). First email was 3/21- asking for a shipping number. I alerted the rep to the promise on the website that all orders DELIVER in 5-8 business days, therefore, my order should at least have a shipping number 4 business days later after placing the order. The response was aloof and unhelpful. The representative restated the delivery timeline which I had already quoted in the email. I followed up, and the representative said she would check on the shipment. No response. I follow up again on Monday 3/25, because I was assured I would receive shipping information that same day (3/25). I searched the website for customer service numbers, all of which link to other companies (Chinese Laundry) or are numbers not in service. Today, I visit Charming Charlie's BBB page and see they are in bankruptcy. Now, I have shared I am filing a BBB complaint. I want a refund or a shipping number for my order. It appears this company is either stealing from people, or at the least doesn't have the merchandise to fulfill the orders they are promising. This seems illegal, and they need to at least be shut down to prevent further fraudulence, and at most be prosecuted.
