      In August 2022, I spoke with John at Texas Home Electronics to let him know about a "failure code" on my alarm panel of "BF". After speaking to John, I found out that code means my system was no longer being monitored even though I had been paying them for this service. In June 2022, I paid a year in advance for monitoring services in the amount of $392.37. In August, I found out they have not been monitoring my home as agreed upon. On August 11, 2022, per his request, I sent him an email detailing my complaint. He also asked me to include the refund amount of $392.37 in the email, which I did include. Since then, I have spoken to John on more than one occasion asking about the refund status. He keeps telling me "he'll check with accounting and get back to me." These phone calls are have proven worthless. It is now October 2022 and I have not heard from John or Texas Home Electronics in this matter. I am requesting a FULL refund of services that were paid in advance that were not provided. That amount is $392.37.
