      I visited the location at 675 Dairy Ashford, Houston, Texas, 77079, on 04/27, to pickup my shoes based on a text I received on 04/26, advising they were ready for pickup. I entered the location to pickup my shoes and the employee advised me they would not be ready until 04/28. I questioned him and he located them on the counter. I departed with my shoes and once in my vehicle I inspected 1 pair of shoes and a single shoe in which I could see glue around the edges where the soles where glue to the bottom of shoes and I also observed scratches that were not there previously so I went back into business with my shoes and advised the African male at the front counter that I was unhappy with the work. He instantly became defensive and abruptly stated that I got what I paid for and that the damage was caused by me and continued to overtalk me when I attempted to speak. I asked who is the manager and their phone number and he stated he is the manager. I asked for him to provide his full name and rudely said he is Billy. I asked for his managers name and phone number and he stated that he was advised when they have to this situation to advise customer to google for information. I advised him this was poor customer service and that the customer is always right. He adamantly said the customer is not right and I know that. He then said he only has problems with Black customers of which I found to be a very offensive statement. I advised him he should not be a manager based on his behavior then he told me to leave the store. He never apologized, show no empathy, and was very confrontational. I went to their website and it only allows a customer to fill out a form with their information. I received a email from the general manager apologizing and suggesting I take the shoes to another location and that he would review with the employee. This company has systemic issues for an employee to be so blatant with a customer. I will never use their business again!
