    Actually if I could have, I would have chosen 0 stars. Took almost 2 months after ordering to receive them! Piece of crap shoes. They didn’t fit and tried for weeks to find out where to return them. Never got an answer. Then returned them to the address on the package. Then when I repeatedly inquired about a refund they told me I needed to follow the return procedure on the website which was nowhere to be seen. I paid $60 for the shoes and they said since I sent them back to a distribution center in China I could get only $14 dollars back by jumping through a ton of hoops. Scam site using the name of Keen! Never buy from them.

    Please pay the shipping fee for sending them back and make sure that it is still new, unused. We will only issue the full refund once received at our warehouse. You can use the USPS or the post office to send the item back. If you use the express courier, it will be more expensive and the Customs might think it is an import. The package might be refused in some cases. Besides that, you should inform the shipping company that the item's price is lower than $5 to avoid an extra fee. Kindly let us know the tracking number when you returned it.

    However, we can offer you a better solution for this issue. We will refund 10% of the product value and you can keep it, no need to return them to China since the shipping cost should be expensive. Also, due to the current health situation, the return will be quite risky. We can refund shortly, no need to wait for the delivery as well.

    *NOTE: The address in the USA is a delivery company warehouse, they do not handle exchange or return. We only can work on your issue if you send the item to the address that we provided.

    DO NOT BUY!! Lowest quality ever, the inside lining is literally smooshed cotton balls.
    Returns are to China. You can't even return it in the US.
    The sizes are not even true to size, and yet they will not refund.
