  Deplorable. I’m most disgusted at the attorneys who claim to be “consumer advocates” who abuse the BBB logo, infringe trademarks, violate the ***** create a reliance and string consumers along for years, fail to perform, and prey upon the financial vulnerability of the elderly whose timeshares are already draining them. The lowest blow is sending them a IOU from a collections agency. This is abuse. These are major offenders and special thefts. Utterly deplorable.

  We started working with EZ Exit 1 1/2 years ago. They asked for our $4,500 up front before any action would be taken! Should have been suspicious right then! We filed all the paperwork, jumped through all the hoops. I have not seen any movement since the end of 2022 when we provided signatures for attorney representation. I have called several times the last month to follow up on our case and I can't even get a phone call back. Recently, all I got was a busy signal! This is another scam preying on people to make a fast buck and not deliver, that is the ultimate disgust in my mind. All I want is a resolution to get out of our timeshare. Now they have filed for bankruptcy on June 28, 2023. We can kiss any money invested in this scam goodby. Worse than the timeshare we are STILL trying to get out of!

  Looks like things have changed since November of 2022. Too bad that was when I signed up with EZ Exit Now and their salesman Greg ******* in our home.
  Up to then the reviews looked good. I sent some notarized papers back to them in December and early in 2023 they requested some more. My latest set of notarized papers were sent on May 31, 2023 by registered mail but they were not received at the office. My numerous phone calls were not returned and I even tried to call the field consultant Greg *******. He says "I'll get
  Looks like we have all been lied to. "Award Winning Service" and "1st in customer service" are just not true. Should be "EZ EXIT YOUR MONEY NOW"

  This company scammed my 80 year old mother out of 1000’s of dollars with no results. Now they are showing as permanently closed, my mom has no result, and she now owes $1000’s more in late fees and penalties. Disgraceful, Shameless!! I don’t understand how people get away with scamming the elderly. So Disappointed.

  We started with EZ Exit 36 months back. it took them 6 months before they ever started the process. said it was because of COVID. they then hired a company out of Mo to work on things. 1 year later they fired that company and claimed to take the case back in house. we spoke to them on the phone in June of 2022. they told us they still had time left to finish things. another 6 months goes by NOTHING. then they replied to an email on 12-16-22 telling us that someone from the Co Counsel would be contacting us. we never heard anything. More emails were sent in April. Again no reply. the 36 months are now up and we can not get a hold of them at all. every time we call it says the lines are busy. my next calls is to the state attorney generals office. Dan and his company are a SCAM.

I have not seen any movement since the end of 2022 when we provided signatures for attorney representation. I have called several times the last month to follow up on our case and I can't even get a phone call back. I hope this was not another scheme preying on the elderly to make a fast buck and underdeliver, that is the ultimate disgust in my mind. All I want is a resolution to get my 82 year old mother out of her timeshare.

  We are writing to lodge a formal complaint against one of your affiliates, Ez Exit Now. Prior to conducting business with Ez Exit Now we researched them and found that they were accredited with multiple business organizations. All of these organizations are reputable and provide the consumer with confidence. However, we have found Ez Exit Now to have fallen short in basic expectations. We paid $10,000 in exchange for a legal out of our timeshare with ****** ***** *********. At first Ez Exit Now made progress and provided updates upon us contacting them. Once ****** ****** ******** made an acceptable offer Ez Exit Now refused the offer and made a counter offer. We have since spent over a month leaving voicemails, and sending emails with no response. We have attempted phone calls at various times of the day and various dirext and main phone numbers, with no answer. Each time the call leads to a voicemail box. We have sent emails to our representative as well as the general customer service email. No response has been received from any form. This leaves us worried that we have lost our money, that was over the settlement amount. Ez Exit Now failure to deliver after a year or to follow up with any sort of update is not just disappointing but concerning. We are asking if there is any course of action that you are able to provide us? We do not take lightly the reputation your company has involved in verify this business and this is why we are coming to you for assistance. Can someone please contact us and instruct us with the best way to proceed? We would also like to share our experience with others as it may prevent another family from experiencing the hardship our family is experiencing.

  EZ Exit did exactly what they said they would do. They were great to work with and always willing to answer my questions. The owner of the company even became personally involved in our case, and they incurred additional unexpected expenses which the company absorbed. We HIGHLY RECOMEND EZ Exit if you want to get out of your timeshare agreement.

  Thank you for your kind words. Glad we could be of assistance to you. There’s so many companies that claim they can do what we do and they just can’t ! Just this week we received our fourth year in a row “Award of Excellence” from the BBB. There are times that we don’t charge anything for services. With over 15 years experience, We are always glad when that is possible.
  There are other times that cost are involved. But we will always try to keep that cost down more so than any other company you will find. And even if the cost exceed our quote, we will NEVER come back to the customer and ask them for additional money. Again thank you for taking the time to give us a review and for your kind words.
