    Cynthia **** is not professional. She handled my closing and did not explain a lot of important disclosures to me. Never before had I heard of a company that over-collects payment of taxes, in the sum of $3,000, and then when asked about getting the overpayment refunded they want to wash their hands clean of that. Furthermore, they do not make sure the money collected from the seller for taxes has actually been applied to the taxes. So what do they actually do? Still wondering about that.
    After multiple calls from myself, the agent, and finally going in person to the office, I got them to send out an email- in which Cinthia is again just cleaning her hands of it--big help that was!
    They are corrupt and crooked, one can see the Ponzi scheme they are running a mile away.
    Save yourself and your clients the hassle and headaches of dealing with this company.
    The aftermath of dealing with them is going to be a nightmare. Trust me if you use them and they overcharge you for taxes or anything else you will end up in a lawsuit with the buyer. So there is a true and honest review of this title company.
