      I purchased a ********* from this company and have a contract for use for up to 100 years. Requirements for Maintenance Fees to be paid only upon use of their timeshare facility. My purchase occured January 28, 2013. As a part of my contract I purchases a " SeniorCertificate" daed january ******* which states " contract for Lodging Rights and Services # CGBT0061. In connection with Member's contract for lodging rights and services at the Grand Mayan Member duly registered was enrolled in the Original Resort's Senior Recognition Program and received a Senior Certificate which entitled Member to the following benefits:At age 75, Member will pay only half of the normal annual Usage Fees for personal use of Member's Registered Weeks. At age 77, Member's annual Usage Fees for peersonal use of Member's Registered Weeks will be waived entirely.I have reached to age of 78 years old. The company has breached my contract and has refuse to honor the commitmit they contractually commited to upon my purchase.
