      We bought a brand new trailer from ******* in ************ IN 8/31/23. First day we took it home, we noticed something wrong with the **** stands. The current ** at the time told us to bring it in. They had it for one week and still didnt fix the problem. After few weeks of having the trailer. ONE tire on the front passenger side has been going bald and still happening. I brought it in multiple times and them saying they fixed it. This last time the regional manager told me it was out of line from the factory and that the current tech did not know how to check trailers if they were aligned correctly. Ive been through 5 tires. As of 2/19/24 my trailer still sitting at Big Tex trying to get it fixed. (Been there 2 weeks this time) Since I bought the trailer on 8/31/23 my trailer has been there for over a month and a half throughout me bringing it in trying to get it fixed. I buy brand new equipment not to have theses problems and I have lost thousands and thousands of dollars by not have my trailer. I would like ******* to buy back my trailer and refund me the full amount I paid for it. I told have text messages of my talking about the problems for the trailer from the lady who sold me the trailer but she no longer works there and I was also told by the new ** that there was no paper trail of me bringing it in the other times. I am highly disappointed in the service and quality of Big Tex.
