    I applied for a Intake Specialist position back in April 2024. I was contacted, interviewed and told by the recruiter that I would hear back from her within 2 weeks on an update from the interview. Two weeks came and no contact I had to reach out to the recruiter to get an update. She informed me that they were working on recruiting more open positions and that the start date could be anywhere from 30 to 90 days which concerned me. The recruiter then informed me she would place me on a pipeline -more of a hold status for the position which I found odd as well. A month went by and I still didn't hear anything.I called, I sent emails and I didn't get a response after 90 days of no contact I gave up. I found this to be very unprofessional, very frustrating a waste of time. I don't believe it should have been handled this way and could have been explained better in regards to the process and it wasn't. Very unacceptable and very disappointed. I hope in the future they work on their recruiting staff and how they recruit and bring candidates in. It was a very bad experience.
