    This place is horrible. Owner is a scam and is horrible to customers. How he responds to negative feedback about his practice is horrible and he is very aggressive on ****** reviews. They are all about the money and dont care about the customers smile. They wont even look at you until you give them your hard earned money. ************************* you are a joke. I hope that everyone reads how you responded to me and I hope it turns them away from your practice. I wish you nothing but the worst in life. They charged me for a service that was never done. Owner said they shouldnt have charged me but refuses to give me a refund. They are taking advantage of people and its not right.

    I would like to take the opportunity to comment on Mr. ******** review.  It is my sincere hope that the BBB would not post this vicious, negative, and false review.  The comments are incredibly subjective and in no way offer a constructive review.  That being said, I am happy to provide further insight in the event you publish his comments.  


    ****************** presented to our clinic last week for an emergency exam which resulted from dental care that we did NOT provide.  He was unhappy with our business practices and our treatment recommendations to correct the problem.  He left a ****** review on my practice page and on my personal page, despite the fact we have never met in-person.  Much like this current review, both of those reviews did not offer any constructive criticism.  I promptly responded to both of those reviews.  ************** ****** has since pulled down both reviews.  


    ****************** and I also shared a phone call, which I felt was productive and a nice conversation.  As I told him on the phone, and in response to his ****** reviews, our practice does indeed collect payment from patients prior to their appointment; this is a common practice in medical settings.  I also explained that, as a courtesy, we typically do not ask patients to pay out-of-pocket for x-rays needed for emergency exams.  He was mistakingly asked to pay for an x-ray.  I did offer to refund this to him when we spoke on the phone.  


    Mr. ******** claim that he paid for a service never rendered is completely false.  He paid for and received a clinical examination and an x-ray used to aid the dentist in the examination, rendering of a diagnosis, and recommended treatment.  He was charged for nothing beyond this.


    I would like to finish by saying that Mr. ******** comments are incredibly skewed and baseless.  At Hutto Premier Dentistry, we are fortunate to have an amazing team that prides ourselves in taking outstanding care of our patients by providing excellent dentistry.  We do not, nor have we ever, taken advantage of people.  


    Despite Mr. ******** nasty comments towards me personally, I sincerely wish him all the best in life and the best as he seeks dental care elsewhere.
