  I was feeling very hopeless in regard to my financial situation, so I took a chance and contacted Debthammer and I'm very relieved I did. My rep ****** was incredibly helpful and thorough and made the information easy to understand.   I think ********* explained everything very thoroughly, they were not pushy on sighing you on at all , and they were very educating on what to expect, Im just starting on this journey, but so far , Ive been impressed on all the knowledge they have been informing me in, hopefully it will be just as smooth moving forward.

  We had the pleasure of working with ****** the other day. She spoke to us so we could understand everything she was explaining. She answered all of our questions clearly and didn't make us feel ( inadequate). ***** is extremely knowledgeable about what she needs to explain to her clients. Thank you so much

  Aggressive scam tactics. Calling incessantly and sending misleading text messages as if I made appointments or requested assistance. I have blocked 6 numbers and they call back with endless more. Abusive and intrusive calling at all hours.

  Hi ******, someone may have signed up using your phone number on our contact form. Unfortunately, there are a handful of consumers that fill out our contact form requesting help, and give a phone number that is close to their actual phone number, normally 1 or 2 digits off, and then we reach out to that phone number and find out that we have the wrong contact information.

  Currently, 100% of the phone numbers we contact come from a contact form this filled out on our website agreeing to be contacted via text, email, and phone call. We do not engage in list buying or cold calling.

  Consumers can always reply STOP to our text messages or inform us via text or phone call that we have the wrong phone number so we can add it to our internal DNC list that we maintain to make sure we don't contact you further.

  I'm sorry this happened to you, I definitely understand the frustration as it has happened to me with other companies/services as well. Hope this information helps!

  Company ******* continues to call me even though I told him he has the wrong number and there is no person my the name he is trying toi reach.The company ignores my request to stop calling. They have called 6 times in 4 days. In my opinion, this company is harassing me after I told them to stop calling me. I blocked their number and then they keep chaning their caller ID.Do not deal with a company that uses these tactics.

  So I ran across this company on ******** and decided to reach out to see if they could help me achieve my goals. I was able to chat with someone and we agreed that representative would call me in 15 minutes. I waited and was prepared to accept the call but to no avail. It was about 6:30pm CST. Around 10:50pm I received another TEXT asking my availability and once again we made an appointment for the following morning. I was again prepared and awaiting the callI was let down a second time. About 2 hrs past the time the appointment was scheduled, I received another text asking for my availability and thats when I became frustrated and uninterested in the service. Whats the point of scheduling an appointment and the representative not adhering?!!!!! DebtHammer is a fluke and needs to get it together. I dont recommend this company to anyone.especially with so many out there now.

This person tried their best to get to your call, hence why they were texting you doing their very best to fit you in, and it's very clear that we can learn from this experience and grow.
